Video: 10 Questions With Mr. And Mrs. Josh Hayes

Josh Hayes will attempt to win his fifth AMA Superbike championship during the 2015 MotoAmerica season. He’ll do so with a brand-new Yamaha YZF-R1 beneath him and arguably one of the best teams in the paddock behind him, Monster Energy Graves Yamaha.

At home, Hayes also has a support team in place, and it starts and ends with his wife and fellow racer Melissa Paris. Paris, who will compete this year in Supersport, is much more than Hayes’ wife; she’s his training partner, flat-tracking buddy, travel companion, and amateur sports psychologist. And he performs a similar role for her. Together, they make a formidable team.

We recently caught up with the two racers at their training facility/home in the hills east of Oceanside, California, where we threw 10 questions at both of them to see what we’d get. Enjoy.
