Wednesday’s Qualifying Races for the FIM MiniGP World Final at Motorland Aragón in Spain were held in soaking-wet conditions with two Qualifying Races in both the 190cc and 160cc classes. For the American squad, it was Mahdi Salem who led the team in the 190cc races with a ninth-place finish in the first 190cc Qualifying Race and a fifth in the second-chance Qualifying Race 2.

However, it will be Jase Dill who will represent Team USA in tomorrow’s two 160cc races as he qualified 14th and will line up on the fifth row in the 160cc MiniGP Final.

The first of two 190cc Qualifying Races on the 10-turn, 1.038-mile racetrack went to Qayyim Razin with the Malaysian rider topping Britain’s Blake Wilson and Ukraine’s Yevsevii Kovalov.
