The MotoAmerica Talent Cup assists America’s young road racers in reaching the highest level of the sport.

As part of Dorna’s “Road To MotoGP™” program, the MotoAmerica Talent Cup is a spec-racing class in which riders aged 14 to 21 compete on GP-style, purpose-built Krämer APX-350 MA motorcycles.

“Racing high-performance motorcycles provides our young riders more opportunities and better prepares them to compete at higher levels on the ‘Road to MotoGP™,’ ” said MotoAmerica President Wayne Rainey. “The MotoAmerica Talent Cup is on the same performance level as other ‘Road to MotoGP™’ Talent Cups around the world.”

As a side benefit of the program, at the end of each season, up to five MotoAmerica Talent Cup riders will be invited to participate in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup selection.
