Mikayla Moore, the 2023 Royal Enfield Build. Train. Race. Champion, will be competing in the MotoAmerica Junior Cup races this weekend at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
Moore will be joining forces with Elisa Gendron Belen for the final round at New Jersey. This partnership started from a simple conversation at the “Ruts To Racelines” all-girls track-day event.
“We are elated to have Mikayla ride with us for her first event in a Junior Cup race,” said team owner Jason Karns.
In addition to Moore, Jesse James Shedden is returning from racing in Italy and will be filling in for Chris Clark at the season finale in New Jersey. James will be running the number 76 so keep your eye on this rising star.
“The team is very excited,” Karns said. “We are looking forward to working with Jesse this upcoming weekend. He will be a welcome addition to the team.”
