KTM RC 390 Cup Expanded For 2016 MotoAmerica Season

An expanded KTM RC 390 Cup will play a significant role in the 2016 MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Championship. Open to 14-to-22 year-olds with an AMA Superstock Limited license, the popular entry-level series will feature at more venues across the US.

Besides returning to Road America, Barber Motorsports Park, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, and New Jersey Motorsports Park, the RC 390 Cup will make new stops at Road Atlanta and Virginia International Raceway. Additional rounds may be announced soon.


2016 KTM RC 390 Cup Schedule (Tentative)
1. Road Atlanta (April 15-17) Braselton, Georgia
2. Virginia International Raceway (May 13-15) Danville, Virginia
3. Road America (June 3-5) Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin
4. Barber Motorsports Park (June 10-12) Birmingham, Alabama
5. Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (July 8-10) Monterey, California
6. New Jersey Motorsports Park (September 9-11) Millville, New Jersey


All KTM RC 390 Cup riders will compete on either 2015 or 2016 KTM RC 390 Cup race bikes. These competition-only machines are prepared by KTM with more than 40 PowerParts and other enhancements to increase on-track performance.
