Tango Racing is in full force at round seven of the 2020 MotoAmerica Championship. The Argentina-based road racing team is fielding a total of four riders, and the livery on the team’s bikes is unmistakable, with logos depicting two dancers in a quintessential tango-esque pose.
The four-rider team includes Roberto Hernan Medina from Buenos Aires, who is racing in Supersport aboard the #42 Tango Racing Yamaha YZF-R6; Maximiliano Rocha, also from the Buenos Aires region of Argentina, who is competing in Liqui Moly Junior Cup aboard the #24 Tango Racing Kawasaki Ninja 400; Stock 1000 rider and Buenos Aires resident Mauricio Hidalgo, who is racing the #69 Kawasaki ZX-10R; and Maximiliano Gerardo from Montevideo, Uruguay, who is also racing in Stock 1000 aboard the #141 Tango Racing Kawasaki ZX-10R.
Barber Motorsports Park is clearly a favorite spot for Tango Racing to get together because the last time they were in full force with all four riders was at the Official Dunlop Preseason Test in early March, which also took place at Barber Motorsports Park.
