JD Beach will race for the Rickdiculous Racing team in 2019 and he’ll be bringing his crew chief John Ethell with him.

Rickdiculous Racing has announced that it has signed two-time MotoAmerica Supersport Champion JD Beach to a contract that will see the former Yamaha factory rider campaign the Rickdiculous Yamaha R6 alongside Hayden Gillim and Gauge Rees.

“The RiCK family is so excited that JD Beach has joined our team for 2019 – creating a dream team for 2019,” said team owner Josh Bronfman. “JD has been a member of the RiCK family for some time, and working with him has been fantastic. JD’s professionalism and work ethic shines through in everything he does. Having him join Hayden and Gauge for the upcoming season is really a dream come true.”

“I’m super excited to be a part of the RiCKdiculous team and spend another year with MotoAmerica,” Beach said in a team release. “They have a great team and we all know the Yamaha R6 is a great bike. It’s going to be a busy season racing full time in MotoAmerica and American Flat Track but I’m looking forward to it.”

“Ken Hill, RiCK Rider Development Coach states, “The RiCK team learned so much in 2018 and we want to take that information, along with the amazing crew we have assembled and build on it for 2019,” said RiCK Rider Development coach Ken Hill. “Having the rider talent we have with Gauge, Hayden and now JD,  this is really is something special and we are going to make use of this incredible opportunity to showcase what the RiCK team can do.”
