September 21-23 finds WERA Motorcycle Roadracing joining MotoAmerica for the final rounds for both series at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. The WERA Triple Crown +1 presented by Honda will have its last race in their series and the Point Fund purse, provided by American Honda, will be paid after this final event to the top three riders in each Superbike Class. The top three in the 1000 and 600cc Superbike will receive a check for $1250 for first; $750 for second and $500 for third.

WERA Motorcycle Roadracing has provided many of the Pro Riders the ability to begin and sharpen their skills and we are proud that so many of the MotoAmerica riders have history with WERA Motorcycle Roadracing,” said Evelyne Clarke, owner of WERA Motorcycle Roadracing. “This opportunity for WERA Expert riders to run with the MotoAmerica weekends has given them the feel for Pro Racing and the ability to learn what it will take to make the step to Pro Racing.

“We also want to thank American Honda for making it possible to do this series with MotoAmerica. Their sponsorship has made all the difference making this a true Series by providing a purse for our xompetitors,” added Clarke.
